Obedience to God's Word
Dear Church Family,
In reading through the book of Deuteronomy for my devotional times, Moses is preparing the Nation of Israel to step into a new season. The Israelites are on the edge of marching into the land of Canaan, but their journey would not go uncontested. They had battles to face and giants to conquer. However, the Lord promised to give them the victory.
One reminder mentioned repeatedly ensured their success if they walked in obedience to God’s Word, remembering the Lord and His word, and how He promised to provide all of their needs. If they would love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, they had nothing to fear.
As we continue to move forward into a new season as a church, let’s be sure to stay close to Jesus and follow His word. Our Lord goes before us, He is beside us, and He is all around us.
In Christ Alone,
Pastor John Randall
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
