ROOTS is the junior high ministry of Calvary South OC.
We’re passionate about teaching the Word of God — book by book, chapter by chapter, and verse by verse — so that students can grow a deep and lasting faith.
Our heart is to see every student develop a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
ROOTS is a place where youth can worship, build friendships, and grow in God’s Word together in a safe and welcoming environment.

Upstairs – Rooms 209 & 210Beyond our weekly services, we love creating opportunities for students to connect through special events, activities, and gatherings throughout the year.
Wherever we go and whatever we do, we seek to honor the Lord and grow deeper in Him—together.

ROOTS MOVE UP SUNDAY:MEET & GREET
Parents and incoming 6th grade families, we would love to invite you to our ROOTS Meet & Greet on Sunday, June 7th at 1:45 PM in Suite 240 following 4th service. We’ll have light refreshments and drinks available as we spend time together and share what ROOTS is all about.
We’re excited to meet your family and welcome your student into ROOTS Jr. High Ministry!

ROOTS POOL PARTY
ROOTS, join us on Saturday, June 13th from 12:00–4:00 PM as we kick off summer ROOTS style with an afternoon full of food, fellowship, games, and fun!
We’ll be grilling up burgers and hot dogs while students enjoy an awesome backyard setup featuring a large pool with a waterslide and waterfall, pickleball, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, and more.

ROOTS 6TH GRADE FUN NIGHT: BOOMERS
ROOTS 6th graders — this one’s for you!
Join us on Friday, June 19th from 5:00–8:00 PM for our annual 6th Grade Fun Night at Boomers! This is a fun opportunity for incoming and current 6th grade students to hang out, build friendships, and get connected with other students in ROOTS outside of our regular church gatherings.
