New Building in San Clemente

NOTE: The CALVARY sign was added to the picture and is not presently posted on the building

Dear Church Family,

As I look back over this past year, I am amazed at the work the Lord has done. He has caused our church to grow even during a crisis. For so many attending services at Calvary, gathering has been as close to “normal” as possible. People come and worship freely without restriction. Children attend Sunday school without having to wear a mask. There is a sincere joy everyone experiences each time we gather for worship and the study of God’s Word. Also, we have seen many people respond to the gospel invitation at the Outlets as they step forward to receive Christ. We have watched multitudes identify with Jesus in the waters of baptism, and so much more.

Perhaps one of the most exciting new developments has been the purchase of our new facility. We closed escrow on February 28th, 2022 and our first Sunday service in the new building will be on Sunday May 1st 2022.

In addition, we are excited to report the ability to purchase this new property without requiring our church members to commit to a giving campaign. The consistent and faithful generosity of our fellowship has allowed the church to pay off the mortgage of our current building, accumulate savings, and now qualify for a loan to purchase our new building. As we continue to move forward in faith, we ask for a few things.

First and foremost, please pray for our leadership. It’s our desire to follow the direction of the Lord every step of the way. Please pray for the Lord to continue to provide everything we need.

Some of you have asked how you can help financially. If the Lord prompts you to partner with us in this venture of faith, you can donate to our new campus to help lower the mortgage and provide funds for items needed to move in, such as: chairs, children’s equipment, audio/visual equipment, etc. You can donate securely online via the church website or send in a donation to the building fund. We trust where God guides, He provides. We are excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to see what the Lord will do.

In Him,

John Randall
