Women’s Leadership Conference 2026

The 2026 Women's Leadership Conference, "Here I Am, Send Me" (Isaiah 6:8), was a memorable and encouraging weekend at Calvary South OC on June 5–6 in San Clemente, California.

Women gathered from across the state, and even out of state from Arizona for two days of worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, and encouragement as we considered God's call on our lives and leadership.

The conference began Friday evening with worship and an opening session with Michelle Randall. Saturday featured sessions with Inga-Lill Guzik, Sophia Lorey, and Caroline Joyous, as well as a special live Q&A with Lila Rose, founder of Live Action. Michelle closed out the conference with a call to action - Go!

Throughout the weekend, attendees enjoyed connecting with one another, spending time in prayer and worship, and visiting the Ministry Market, where they met representatives from ministries and organizations serving both locally and around the world.

We are deeply grateful to every leader, volunteer, pastor's wife, ministry representative, worship team member, photographer, videographer, registration team member, hospitality volunteer, and servant who gave their time, energy, and talents to make this conference possible. Thank you to everyone who served behind the scenes and helped create a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered experience for every attendee.

Most importantly, we thank the Lord for His faithfulness and for all He did throughout the conference. Our prayer is that each woman left encouraged in her walk with Christ, strengthened by God's Word, and ready to respond to His call with a willing heart: "Here am I! Send me."
