The Purpose of Man

We were so blessed to have Pastor Jim Gallagher from Calvary Chapel Vero Beach join us this past Sunday!

Pastor Jim presented an encouraging sermon in Genesis 1:26, expounding on The Purpose of Man, made in the image of God, created for His glory.

“God says, ‘I’ve given this to you, and I’ve given you capacities to enjoy it. You have one restriction: stay away from the things I say to stay away from. Don’t go in that lane.’ And if you and I will walk within the lanes that God has given us, we’ll experience the life that God intends for us. It starts at the cross - it starts where we come to Jesus, we put trust in Him, and we’re restored to God. And we begin to find the purposes for which God created us.”
