MICAELA RIVAS

Micaela serves in the Calvary Chapel South OC bookstore and in the high school ministry as a counselor. She began serving in ministry at the age of thirteen helping out in the children’s ministry at her church. She served on staff at her church until she was called by the Lord to go to a Calvary Chapel Bible college affiliate campus in Mallorca, Spain. During that time of studying God’s Word she decided she wanted to serve the Lord in ministry in any capacity with her life. She came home and taught as a preschool teacher for seven years until the Lord called her back into ministry at Calvary South OC. It’s a calling the Lord placed on her heart so many years ago and she’s amazed at His faithfulness of bringing His promises to pass.

“Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:3-4
